Through 49 tools, the agent can recall a concept, trace a call graph, measure the blast radius of a change, retrieve a recorded decision, find drift, and run an audit. Mneme reads 27 languages and resolves symbols exactly for three of them: Rust, TypeScript, and Python.

The graph is kept in 27 storage layers, shown in 14 views, and exported in 5 formats. After an edit it rebuilds in under a second. An update is followed by a health check, and the previous build returns automatically if the new one fails.

The download is StryxLabs Skills Lite 3.0.0. It holds the 94 skills, the 32 agents, 5 commands, the hooks, the Stryx Tools mod, the text of the 3D web design skill, and the program of the design brain. On Windows, one command installs it.

It holds no resources: no fonts, pictures, 3D models, textures, or library. You bring your own files, and Claude reads them into an index that the skills can search.

The 3D web design skill sets out 15 laws in its master document. This site was made with it. In the lab, the same brain program indexes our own library, which stays here: 173,853 rows, counted on 2026-10-11.
